This adapter converts the bore in our 35 mm Dualie Omni Wheels from the starting 8 mm Round into a 5 mm hex bore. This adapter presses firmly into both sides of the 35 mm dualie omni wheels, so a quantity of 2 per wheel will be needed.
Note: AndyMark recommends using a 5mm hex shaft to align the hex inserts before installing the inserts to the wheel.
Be sure to align the 4 prongs on the exterior of the insert with the wheel for proper installation.
