At AndyMark, we strive to provide high-quality electronic components and robotics hardware to ensure your projects succeed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log in to your account and complete our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to receive a unique tracking number for your request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
